Your personal information (address, phone number, etc) is valuable, and we do all we can to protect your privacy. Because of this, you must have permission to access the directory. If you tried to log in and it says you don't have permission, a few things could be happening.
1. We don't have your information.
2. You haven't sent us a request to be added to the directory
3. You tried to log in with a phone number or email address that is different from the one we have in our database.
In either case, please get in touch with the office. You can shoot us an email, or give us a call at 301-777-2788. -
When you log in to the directory, click on the round icon in the top left corner. Then click "My Profile and Settings", and "Household". On this screen you will be able to update the photos and personal information for anyone living in your household.
Alternately, you may contact the office with your updated photo or information, and we can do it for you. -
What if you don't want everyone to have your cell phone number? No problem! We allow everyone to have complete control over what information is published to the online directory.
When you log in, click the round icon in the top left corner (it's probably a photo of your face). From there, click "My Profile & Settings" and "Directory Profile". Here you will be able to uncheck anything you don't want other people to see. -
Absolutely! There are two views in the online directory: individual and family. When you view the directory for the first time, it defaults to individuals listed alphabetically (by first name). If you want to change this view, there are filters at the top of the screen.
If you are using the app, there is an AZ icon with an arrow (on a computer there will be drop-down menus). You can click this to sort individuals by last name OR first name.
You can also click the house icon to view the directory by family, rather than individuals.
